The Payroll Program

The EDP Technologies Stored Value Card (SVC) Payroll Program is designed with four objectives in mind. 1)The first is to provide a card based product capable of being loaded and reloaded with payroll, points and/or any other type of value system. 2) The second is to provide a card that is accepted at a (Debit Card Network) Point-of-Sale (POS) and/or at an ATM’s within the (Debit Card Network)/(Debit Card Network) network. 3) The third is to create multiple touch-points designed to allow employers and employees the ability to manage their card account.4) And the fourth objective focuses on an "Employer’s" ability to manage the Stored Value Card Payroll Program.

 

The EDebitPay Payroll Card can be provided to employers or directly to employees. Funds are available to the cardholder once the payroll deposit is received. Card balances can be withdrawn through ATM's and used for point-of-sale purchases. Accounts cannot be overdrawn and do not offer checking services. Unlike traditional bank accounts, cardholders have the ability to move funds between card accounts and to other banks through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system.
